These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the R3ACTR Student Ambassador Program and your use of related R3ACTR services, tools, and resources.

By applying to or participating in the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Program Participation

The R3ACTR Student Ambassador Program is a student community and outreach initiative. Selected ambassadors represent R3ACTR Innovations and PaperLab within their respective student communities.

Participation is subject to selection, onboarding, program requirements, and continued adherence to these terms and guidelines.

Eligibility

The program is open to students from different academic disciplines, including engineering, sciences, arts, commerce, business, and literature. A technical background is not mandatory.

Applicants are expected to provide accurate, honest, and up-to-date information during the application and onboarding process.

Ambassador Responsibilities

Ambassadors may be involved in activities such as:

  • •Promoting PaperLab and R3ACTR initiatives
  • •Sharing official announcements and opportunities
  • •Promoting eligible workshops, hackathons, and events
  • •Connecting with campus student communities, departments, and clubs
  • •Supporting community engagement and peer discussions
  • •Providing constructive student feedback and product suggestions

Ambassadors are expected to communicate responsibly and professionally at all times.

Professional Conduct

✓ Ambassadors must:

  • Represent R3ACTR and PaperLab professionally
  • Share only official or approved information
  • Communicate respectfully with peers and faculty
  • Respect college and institutional policies
  • Protect confidential program materials
  • Follow official campaign instructions and guidelines

✕ Ambassadors must not:

  • Misrepresent themselves as R3ACTR employees
  • Make unauthorized commitments or contracts on behalf of R3ACTR
  • Share misleading or inaccurate information
  • Spam students, groups, or online communities
  • Use deceptive methods to obtain registrations or users
  • Share confidential information without authorization

Unpaid Opportunity

The R3ACTR Student Ambassador Program is an unpaid student opportunity.

Participation in the program does not guarantee and will not provide:

  • •Salary or stipend
  • •Monetary compensation
  • •Paid employment
  • •Paid internships
  • •Future employment with R3ACTR Innovations

Certificates & Recognition

R3ACTR may provide certificates, letters of appreciation, event access, or other forms of recognition depending on eligibility, participation, responsibilities, contribution, and applicable program requirements.

Such recognition is not guaranteed and remains subject to the assessment of active participation and quality of contribution.

Events & Benefits

Access to eligible R3ACTR events, workshops, or other program perks may be subject to event capacity, eligibility criteria, geographic availability, and specific terms communicated by R3ACTR.

Program Duration & Continuation

The program duration will be communicated to ambassadors during the selection and onboarding phase.

Continued participation across the cohort term depends on:

  • •Professional and respectful conduct
  • •Constructive communication
  • •Meaningful contribution to initiatives
  • •Compliance with program guidelines

Program Changes

R3ACTR Innovations may modify program activities, responsibilities, communication methods, opportunities, or other program details when required to improve the program or adapt to institutional schedules.

Relevant updates and modifications will be communicated through official R3ACTR communication channels.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Official R3ACTR and PaperLab materials, trademarks, logos, branding, promotional collateral, and proprietary content may not be modified, reproduced, distributed, or disclosed without appropriate prior written authorization.

Ambassadors must safeguard non-public information, preview builds, or internal campaign details shared with them during their program tenure.

No Employment Relationship

Participation in the Student Ambassador Program does not create an employment relationship, legal partnership, agency, or entitlement to future employment with R3ACTR Innovations.

Ambassadors act as student community advocates and should not represent themselves as employees or authorized agents beyond the scope of the program.

Termination of Participation

R3ACTR Innovations reserves the right to discontinue an individual's ambassadorship at any point where necessary, including cases involving misconduct, breach of guidelines, unauthorized commitments, misuse of confidential information, harassment, or persistent failure to meet program responsibilities.

Acceptance of Terms

By applying for or participating in the R3ACTR Student Ambassador Program, you acknowledge these Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by applicable program guidelines and instructions provided by R3ACTR Innovations.
